If you forgot or lost your password for your NBD business account, click on the 'Forgot your password?' button on the business portal login page to have the password reset.
If you just want to modify it, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the business portal using your credentials
- Tap on your profile picture on the top right of the screen
- Click on ‘Profile’
- Update your password by entering the new one in the 'Password' field
- Confirm your password on the next row
- Once you have made the required changes, press the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the screen
